A quick summary of the day
The Better Buildings Planning Committee would like to thank all those who attended, spoke, exhibited, sponsored and volunteered.
The day's successes include a moving and energizing keynote by Bill Reed, a luncheon panel pointing to improved performance and $665 raised for Winnipeg Harvest, for a total Better Buildings contribution of $1,865. Thank you.

The iPad3 prize was awarded - Congratulations!
Better buildings returns as a unique local opportunity to be challenged, learn valuable new information and network with a select group of interested industry participants.
Delegates can register online by using the "Register" button on the menu, following this link or downloading this form.

This year's charitable partner, Winnipeg Harvest, is in dire need of cash & food donations. Please consider donating before the conference. Please bring a twonie for the bin. Your donation will give you an extra entry to the draw for an iPad3, donated by AdvancePro. Harvest can turn each $1 cash donation into $20 of delivered food! That's great efficiency - plus twonies are easier to carry than tins.
This year's one-day format at the Winnipeg Convention Centre allows you and your staff the time to stay up to date and get back to those billable hours!
Speakers and schedules are being updated regularly on the Speakers and Agenda pages.
he things we often set off to the side as leisure can actually play a crucial role in helping us organize our experiences and restore our energies.

Change?
Ironically, change is one of life's certainties. Nonetheless, change is always surrounded by questions:
Who me?
Do I have to?
Still?
How will it affect me?
When will we get there?
Better Buildings continues to be a valuable chance to discuss these questions in a regional context, evaluate change and look towards the future.
